FESTIVAL OF FIVE LESSONS, CAROLS AND MINCE PIES 2005
On Thursday 15th December 2005, the choir put on a Christmas Concert in Holburn West Parish Church. The concert was recorded by Frances Wilkins, a PhD student at Aberdeen University who was working on a documentation project covering the sacred singing traditions of North-East Scotland. . Ms Wilkins recorded the first half of the concert, the carol service, and has given a copy of her recording to the choir.

Mince Pies and Mulled Wine
After about twenty minutes of mince pieing and mulled wining, the choir entered the hall and together with the audience sang a rousing rendition of 'White Christmas'.

The concert was put on in aid of the Children's Hospice Association Scotland. £230 was raised due to the limitless generosity of the congregation and friends of Holburn West Parish Church.
